Norm Architects founded in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Ronn is based in Copenhagen. The company works in the fields of industrial design, residential architecture, commercial interiors, photography and art direction. Much like human well-being, the essence of Norm Architects’ work is found in balance, between richness and restraint, between order and complexity.

Each project, be it architecture, interiors, design or creative direction will present the key unifying elements across its multidisciplinary output: simple shapes; natural materials like pale marble or coal-tinted wood; serene palettes, and a celebration of light—the quintessential Nordic touch. Architecture is understood as a thoughtful minimalism acquiring softness, the visual matter assuming haptic qualities.
Guided by the body and mind rather than by trends or technology, the projects explore ideas that besides looking good also feel good. Norm Architects’ work is sharp and crisp and exudes, tacitly, a focus on quality, details and durability.
