SSSVLL, an industrial design studio with Guillaume Sasseville as creative director, defines objects through material and form. Projects range from products to complete interior design and space planning. Guillaume Sasseville’s work aims for simplicity. The complexity of the industrial process fades into the background and makes place for a precious experience, always tinged with subtle humour.
Guillaume Sasseville’s designs have been presented in Montreal, New York, Paris, Tokyo and Milan. He holds a Master in Design for Luxury & Craftmanship from ÉCAL (École cantonale d’art de Lausanne, 2011), and a BA in Environmental Design from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal) in 2007. In 2011, the City of Montreal awarded him the Phyllis-Lambert Design Grant for his project, Verre Commun. He currently teaches at UQAM’s École de Design.
